Concentrate upon the lord as discribed
in the Urddhvamnaya-samhita:

Absorbed in prema, the Golden Lord Gaura stands holding

one hand in the benediction pose and the other in the pose

for awarding fearlessness, while he incessantly

chants the holy names.

Like a rod

mahima vraja-iliaya darato 'pi nisevitah

yair yais tan dandavan naumi

bhaktan bhismarjuna dikah

I lay myself down like a rod to honor

the many devotees of the Lord

who like Bhisma and Arjuna

serve the glories of Vraja's pastimes

even in distant separation.
