Yearning to See

Standing at the gate, with unblinking eyes the demigods gazed first at these gopis and then at Sri Radha’s very wonderful abode, which was splendid with two courtyards paved with precious jewels, set with sapphire pillars, decorated with rubies and networks of parijata flowers, and fragrant with scented breezes.
