Lassi is a yogurt-based drink and can be made either sweet or slightly salty with mild spices thrown in.
Lassi is an ideal refreshment on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2.5 cup Water
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend about 30 seconds until frothy. Offer then Serve
